- Wash and Soak rice for 1/2 hour. Boil water in a big vessel. Add rice salt ghee lemon juice and cook 80%. Strain in a strainer and pour normal water. Let it strain.
- Now mash paneer and add cheese spread and 1tbsp.corn flour. Mix well and make small balls. Coat with cornflour and fry.on mid. Slow flame let it cool and coat with Silver. Sparkle balls are ready.
