  1. Use 1 cup mung sprouts
  2. Prepare 1tbsp oil
  3. Get as required Dahi
  4. Get 1 tbsp mustard seeds
  5. Use 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste

  7. Take 1 tbsp garam masala
  8. You need 2 medium chopped onion

  20. Get 1tbsp sugar
  21. Prepare 1/2 tbsp haldipwoder
  22. Use 1 tbsp coriander leaves
  23. Prepare 1 cup farsan(mix chavanu)
Instructions to make Dahi Missal:
  1. Heat oil in a pan,add mustard seeds and hing and saute, add chopped onion, mix well.and cover and cook for 2- minutes.
  2. Poha:Take a bowl add Poha in a bowl.Add water,wash and drain the excess water.set aside to soak.
  3. Add ginger garlic paste to onion mixture and saute for 1- minutes.add haldipwoder, chilli powder, garam masala,add mung sprouts and salt,mix well and cook for 2- minutes.
  4. Add 2 cups water mix, cover and cook for 10- minutes.
  5. Heat oil in a pan add cumin seeds,add hing, chopped green chilli,add chopped onion, mix cover and cook for 2- minutes.
  6. Add salt and sugar and mix well.
  7. Add haldi pwoder, mix well and cook for 1- minutes.
  8. Add Poha and coriander leaves, mix, cover and cook for 2-3 minutes.
  9. Put the missal in serving bowl.top with remaining onion and farsan,put some dahi and garnish with coriander leaves.
  10. Cut the lemon in the side of the missal and serve hot.
