- Use 1 cup mung sprouts
- Prepare 1tbsp oil
- Get as required Dahi
- Get 1 tbsp mustard seeds
- Use 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste

- Use 1/2 tbsp jeera
- Prepare 2 green chilli chopped

- Get 1tbsp sugar
- Prepare 1/2 tbsp haldipwoder
- Use 1 tbsp coriander leaves
- Prepare 1 cup farsan(mix chavanu)
Instructions to make Dahi Missal:
- Heat oil in a pan,add mustard seeds and hing and saute, add chopped onion, mix well.and cover and cook for 2- minutes.
- Poha:Take a bowl add Poha in a bowl.Add water,wash and drain the excess water.set aside to soak.
- Add ginger garlic paste to onion mixture and saute for 1- minutes.add haldipwoder, chilli powder, garam masala,add mung sprouts and salt,mix well and cook for 2- minutes.
- Add 2 cups water mix, cover and cook for 10- minutes.
- Heat oil in a pan add cumin seeds,add hing, chopped green chilli,add chopped onion, mix cover and cook for 2- minutes.
- Add salt and sugar and mix well.
- Add haldi pwoder, mix well and cook for 1- minutes.
- Add Poha and coriander leaves, mix, cover and cook for 2-3 minutes.
- Put the missal in serving bowl.top with remaining onion and farsan,put some dahi and garnish with coriander leaves.
- Cut the lemon in the side of the missal and serve hot.
