- You need to taste Salt and pepper
- Provide 1 tbls Chutney
- Get 1 tbls Apple sauce
- Prepare 1 Cup chicken stock in boiling water
- Get 6 sundried Tomatoes
- Take 1 tbls plain Yogurt
- Take 1 tsp Cornflour
- Use 2 tbls cold water to mix the cornflour

- Heat up a large pan i use a wok melt the butter and add the onions fry until opaque in colour
- Add the chicken and fry until coloured
- Add the cumin,corriander,Garam masala,paprika,chilli powder,…have the boiling chicken stock ready
- Stir the spices in then add the stock and stir
- Add the apple sauce
- Add the sundried tomatoes
- Add the Spinach (i used frozen fresh would be better)
- Add the lemon juice
- Add the medium curry powder and mix in a little water
- Make your Rice i used Basmatti.j
- Add the chutney and stir in cook for 15 minutes simmering.
- Add the yogurt and stir in whisk it in simmer again for 10 minutes
- When its finished simmering add the Cornflour in cold water thicken to how you like it. And srve on a bed of Rice
