  19. Use 2 tbls cold water to mix the cornflour

  2. Add the chicken and fry until coloured
  3. Add the cumin,corriander,Garam masala,paprika,chilli powder,…have the boiling chicken stock ready
  4. Stir the spices in then add the stock and stir
  5. Add the apple sauce
  6. Add the sundried tomatoes
  7. Add the Spinach (i used frozen fresh would be better)
  8. Add the lemon juice
  9. Add the medium curry powder and mix in a little water
  10. Make your Rice i used Basmatti.j
  11. Add the chutney and stir in cook for 15 minutes simmering.
  12. Add the yogurt and stir in whisk it in simmer again for 10 minutes
  13. When its finished simmering add the Cornflour in cold water thicken to how you like it. And srve on a bed of Rice
