- Provide 1 cup boiled rice (leftover)
- Get 1 cup besan
- Use 1/4 cup finely chopped fresh coriander leaves
- You need 1/4 tsp turmeric powder
- Prepare 1 tsp garlic paste
- Get 1 tbsp green chillies-ginger paste
- Provide 1 tbsp sugar
- Get 1 tbsp lemon juice
- Provide 1 pinch asafoetida (hing)

- Get 11/4 cup water
- You need as needed Oil for frying
- Get For coconut chutney:
- Provide 1/4 cup grated coconut
- Use 1/4 cup finely chopped fresh coriander leaves
- You need 2 tbsp roasted gram (dalia)
- Provide 2 green chillies chopped
- Use 4 tbsp fresh curd
- Use to taste Salt
Steps to make Rice Dhokli Bites:
- In mixing bowl add all mentioned ingredients. Add water and mix well to make batter. Put this mixture in mixer grinder jar and churn to smooth mixture.
- Grease a square or rectangular shape microwave safe casserole with oil. Pour the rice- besan prepared mixture in it.
- Place this casserole in microwave. Cook on 80 percent temperature(medium- high) for 2 mins uncovered…stir the mixture,again micro cook for 2 mins on 80 percent temperature. Again micro cook for 4 mins on High temperature…till fully cooked.
- Cool completely. Cut into 1" square pieces. Shallow or Deep fry in hot oil till golden brown and crispy from outside.
- Grind coconut, coriander leaves, green chillies,dalia,salt to make chutney. Mix curd.
