- For tamarind chutney take a utensil pour water add tamarind, jaggery, red chilli powder,salt, black pepper, and ginger boil all untill the quantity of water become thick and half then strain it and keep in refrigerator
- For green chutney take coriander leaves, mint leaves, garlic, green chilli, onion, salt and lemon juice in a mixer make a fine paste of it.keep.in refrigerator
- First, take bowl pour leftover rice to it and add gram flour,salt, coriander leaves, ginger,red chilli powder, garam masala mix all the ingredients to make a dough. Make small cutlet from this dough
