- Now heat a pan.. add oil and heat it.add carom seeds, asafoetida, ginger, garlic and roast it.. now add the batter and cook it on low flame until it binds like dough..
- Now off the flame and place dough in a bowl.
- Now add red chilli powder, cumin powder, chaat masala, crushed coriander seeds, red chilli flakes, mint leaves, coriander leaves, green chillies, onion, capsicum and lemon juice… Mix it nice..
- Now take a plate grease with oil.. spread the dough on the plate and cut it in any shape you like…
- Now heat some oil in a pan and shallow fry the tikkis.
