The ingredients needed to prepare Green Chutney Rice:
  1. Take 1 Onion
  2. Use 4-5 Florals of Cauliflower
  3. Take 1 Capsicum
  4. Use 8-10 French Beans
  5. Get 1/2 bowl Peas
  6. Prepare 2 Carrots
  7. You need 250 gm Rice
  8. Provide 100 gm Coriander leaves
  9. Take 2 Green chillies
  10. Provide 1 tsp Red Chilli powder
  11. Take 1 tsp kitchen king
  12. Prepare 4-5 Garlic florals
  13. Take 1 Bay leaf
  14. Take 1 tsp cumin seeds
  15. You need 2 tsp lemon juice
  16. Get as needed Oil
  17. Provide to taste Salt
  18. Get as needed Water
Steps to make Green Chutney Rice:
  1. Wash all the above mentioned vegetables and cut them into pieces as shown.
  2. Take the rice in a bowl and wash it twice. After washing it, soak it in water for about 20 minutes.
  3. For the chutney, wash the coriander leaves and cut it into pieces. Put it in a mixi jar. Now add green chilli, garlic florals, 2 tspn lemon juice and salt as per taste. Grind them to a fine paste and use water accordingly.
  4. Take another container. Add 6-7 glasses of water to it and bring it to boil. Now add a tspn of oil and half tspn of salt to it. Now strain the water from the rice and pour the rice in the boiling water. Stir & Cook until the rice is properly cooked. Strain the water and let the rice cool down for about 10 minutes.
  5. In a pan add 2-4 tspn of oil or ghee. Add bay leaf, green chilli and cumin seeds. Further add all the veggies and fry them until they are well cooked.
  6. Now after the veggies are cooked, add red chilli powder, kitchen king and stir well. Add some water so that the spices are mixed well.
  7. Further add the green chutney and cook for a couple of minutes.
  8. Lastly, add the rice and salt to the veggies and give them a good mix. Cook for 2-3 minutes until they are properly mixed.
