- Remove the cooked beef from the cooker leaving the stock behind.add the cleaned & cut into bite size pieces of koorka to the stock & salt & pressure cook for a whistle.
- Saute the chopped onions in oil.once glossy add the crushed ginger and garlic and the curry leaves to this and saute.
- When this starts to brown add the remaining Chilli and Corriander powders to this & saute at medium heat.
- Open the cooker & pour only the stock to the above and cook until all the water dries up. Add the cooked beef and koorka to this.
