- You need 1 cup thick poha
- Take 2-3 cups gram flour(besan)
- Use 1/2 cup peanuts
- You need Few curry leaves
- You need as per taste Red chilli powder

- Get 2 pinches Chaat masala
- Take 2-3 pinches sambaar masala

Steps to make Homemade farsan:
- Put some oil in pan and let it gets heated. Make sev for this take 1 and half cup of besan add 1 teaspoon of chilli powder 1/4 teaspoon of turmeric powder and sieve it.
- Then add 4 tablespoons of hot oil and salt and then knead it well. Rest for 10-15 mins then put it in sev making tool and fry till crisp. And take it aside.
- Now again take 1 cup of besan add salt, 1 teaspoon chilli powder, 1/4 teaspoon of turmeric powder and pinch of chaat masala and then add water to make the batter with thick consistency
- Put oil on the flame when it gets heated with the help of a slotted spoon make boondi. Fry till crisp then put aside.
- Then in the same oil fry 1/2 cup of peanuts till get crisp put aside. Then fry curry leaves till crisp put it aside and then fry thick poha at medium to high flame and put it aside.
- Now take large container add all the made materials. Now add some salt, 1 teaspoon of chilli powder, a pinch of chaat masala, 1/2 teaspoon of powdered sugar, 1/4 teaspoon of turmeric powder and 1/4 teaspoon of sambhar masala. And mix well.
- Then just sit and enjoy.
