- Take 1 packet chicken drumsticks
- Get Basil
- Take Garlic
- Take Ginger
- Get 1 bottle Ketchup
- Prepare Honey
- Get Soy sauce
- You need Oil for frying
- Get Tandoori Masala
- Get Cayenne pepper
- Prepare 1 onion
- Use Black pepper
- Get 1 cup beer (optional) - preferably Guinness
- Provide Mixed herbs

- In a bowl, mix 1 tbsp of ground garlic, 1 tbsp ground ginger, 1 tbsp mixed herbs/ basil, 1 teaspoon black paper and 1 tbsp salt. Wash and mix the chicken in marinate overnight up to 2 days.

Let it simmer on low heat until its thick.
