  3. You need 3 tbsp fish sauce
  4. Provide 2/3 cup brown sugar

  6. Provide 1/4 cup honey
  7. Use 2 tbsp favorite hot sauce
  8. Use 12 oz beer
  9. Use 2 1/2 tsp liquid smoke
  10. You need 1/2-1 tbls. cayenne pepper
  11. Provide 1/2 tbls.cracked pepper
  12. Provide 1 tbls onion powder
  13. Provide 2 tsp. garlic powder
  14. Take 2 tbsp chopped garlic
  15. Take 1 tbls. ground ginger( fresh if you have)
  16. Prepare 2 tsp ground coriander
  17. Use 2 tsp creole seasoning
  18. You need 1 tsp beef soup base or just bullion if you prefer.

  2. I would marinade anywhere from 2 hrs to 24 hours the longer the more flavor. Thicker meat needs more.
