- Firstly, combine the wheat dough by taking wheat flour, oil, salt, enough water and knead
- Further, in a large mixing bowl take 4 boiled potato and mashed very well
- Add mashed potatoes,salt, chopped green chili, ginger paste, cumin powder,garam masala, coriander powder, and coriander leaves.Making sure all the ingredients are mix together
- Divide the dough into 2 equal portions,make a ball and dust with some wheat flour. further, roll a ball in a circle of about 5 inches in diameter
