  1. In a bowl mixed wheat flour, Salt, 1 tsp oil and add water little by little and knead smooth soft dough. Cover and let it rest for 15min.
  2. To make filling, mash the potatoes in a bowl. Add Garam Masala, Chilli Powder, Green Chilli, Ginger paste, Chat Masala, Dry Mango Powder, Salt and Chopped Coriander and mix well.
  3. Take one of the dough ball and roll it in to circle. Placed stuffing in the centre. Bring all the edges together and pinch to seal the edges.
  4. Flatten the dough ball using your hand. Now using your rolling pin, roll dough into circle to apply equal pressure. Transfer rolled Paratha onto hot tawa.
