The ingredients needed to prepare Sprouted moong paratha:
  1. Take 1/2 cup sprouted moong
  2. Provide 2 green chillies
  3. Get 1 small piece of ginger
  4. Get 1 cup wheat flour or aata
  5. Get 2-3 teaspoon oil
  6. Prepare 1/2 teaspoon ajwain
  7. Prepare 1/2 teaspoon cumin seeds
  8. Take to taste Salt
  9. Prepare 1 teaspoon red chili powder
  10. Prepare 1/2 teaspoon amchur powder
  11. Take 2 tablespoon chopped coriander leaves
  12. Get Oil for frying
  13. Get Ghee as required
Instructions to make Sprouted moong paratha:
  1. Grind sprouted moong coarsely along with green chillies and ginger. (If you like garlic add it too)
  2. In a mixing bowl take wheat flour. Add salt, ajwain, cumin seeds, oil, red chili powder, amchur powder and chopped coriander leaves. Add ground sprouted moong mixture. Combine all ingredients well and knead soft dough. Add required water for kneading.
  3. Make balls from it. Take a ball, coat with flour and roll out roti. Apply ghee all over its surface. Sprinkle some flour and fold into triangle. Press sides and roll out again by dusting flour into triangle shape paratha.
  4. Cook both sides with oil on hot tawa till golden. Nutritious and delicious sprouted moong paratha is ready. Serve with curd or green chutney.
