- Provide 250 gm wheat flour
- You need 2 radish (muli)

- Take all-purpose flour or wheat flour…add 2 tbsp oil (moan) in it…add smashed potatoes, Muli ki bhaji and kadukas redish in it…
- Also add ginger garlic paste, crushed chillies, turmeric, coriander powder,Amchur powder and salt to taste..Mix it well….add water gradually and make a soft dough….give it rest for 15 minutes.
- Now make(lua) equal portions of dough and roll it with the help of Roller and pin…roast it on a tawa…pour some oil on it. Make muli ka paratha.
- Now make all the paratha one by one and serve it with green coriander chutney or tomato ketchup..
