- First make panneer by adding lemon juice in milk and strain it properly. keep Paneer for 10 min to strain out whole water.

- Now take roller pin and make roll small round spread some paste of chilli ginger garlic and the panneer filling and put some pomegranate seeds as a secret ingredient and make Parantha as in shape you like.
- Now sallow fry in a hot tawa (roti pan). And cook or fry with desi ghee from both the side and serve it with either ketchup, chutney, pickle, bhujia etc etc.
