- Provide 1 1/2 cup wheat flour
- You need 250 gm grated Paneer
- Take 1 finely chopped onion (small size)
- Take 1 chopped green chilli
- Use to taste Salt
- Provide 1/2 spoon chopped ginger
- Get 1 spoon chopped fresh coriander
- You need 1/4 tsp Chaat masala
- Provide 1/4 tsp roasted cumin powder

Instructions to make Paneer Paratha:
- Take a wheat flour in a bowl add pinch of salt and then add sufficient water,Mix well and Knead a soft dough,then cover it and set aside for 20 minutes..
- In another bowl add paneer,onion,green chilli, cumin powder, ginger, corinader, chaat masala and salt(as per taste) and mix well
- Now take small portion of a dough make it round shape and stuff the portion of prepared mixture, and seal it completely and make a nice ball,sprinkle some flour on it and roll the dough into a paratha.
- Heat the tawa, add the paratha onto the tawa,once itis cooked from one side,flip it on other side apply ghee and cook it till golden brown
- And Ready to eat - Serve with curd and green chutney and butter
