  2. Use 1 cup Wheat flour

  1. Clean the brinjals, remove the peel and then grate.
  2. Take flour in a big pot, add grated brinjal to it, then mix all the spices and green coriander salt.
  3. Add water as required and prepare the dough dough after mixing.
  4. Roll the paratha then invert the pan and roast it with ghee.
