- Get 2 Bringal
- Use 1 cup Wheat flour
- Provide 1 tablespoon Kashmiri red Chilli Powder
- Take 1 teaspoon turmeric powder

- Take flour in a big pot, add grated brinjal to it, then mix all the spices and green coriander salt.

- Roll the paratha then invert the pan and roast it with ghee.
