- Provide 250 gms cauliflower
- You need 1 tbsp gram flour
- Get 1/4 tsp carom seeds
- You need 1/2 tbsp cumin and coriander powder

- Use 1/2 tbsp mustard and cumin seeds

- Provide 2 cup wheat flour
Steps to make Gobhi Paratha:
- Clean and wash cauliflower. Dry with kitchen towel. And grate it
- Add wheat flour in large mixing bowl, add salt and 1 t spn oil in it and knead a soft dough with Lukewarm water.
- Heat 1 tb spn oil in kadhai, add cumin, mustard seeds in it, when it crackle add Asafoetida in it.Then add green chillies, ginger paste, curry leaves in it stir it.
- Add grated cauliflower in it, mix it well then add gram flour, salt, turmeric powder and let it cook.stir in between then add sugar, cumin - coriander powder in it. Again cover and cook it for 2-3 minutes. Off the flame add lemon juice and chopped coriander leaves. Let it cool
- Pick small ball from dough and roll it. Take small ball from cauliflower stuffing in it. Pack it and again roll it.
- Heat griddle and shallow fry paratha pouring oil from sides. Fry crisper
- Serve hot with pickle or sauce or chutany.
- Ideal for breakfast with tea.
