Instructions to make Cauliflower Paratha:
  1. Let’s take the wheat flour, add salt, knead with the water and make a medium soft dough. Apply some oil on it and keep it aside for 10 mins.
  2. Now grate the cauliflower first to prepare the stuffing and then let’s take oil in a pan. When oil is hot, add cumin seeds and when it crackles then add grated ginger, grated cauliflower and sauté for 3 mins. Now add turmeric powder, red chilli powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, garam masala, dry mango powder, salt and mix well. Sauté on medium flame then add chopped coriander, mix it well again. Now place it on hot pan, flip it once and roast it with the oil apply on both side.
