- You need 1 cups chopped spinach
- Take 1/2 cup chopped radish leaves
- Prepare 1/2 cup chopped spring onion

- In a big bowl, take chopped spinach, radish leaves, spring onion, coriander leaves and fresh garlic. Now add ginger paste, green chilli paste, turmeric, carom seeds, garam masala, salt and oil to it and mix it well.
- Now add wheat flour to it and by adding little water at a time make semi soft dough for parathas. Cover and rest it for 30 minutes.
- Now divide the dough into 12 to 15 portions depending upon the size you like. Roll out parathas and roast on a pan with help of little oil on each side. Roast it until light pink on both sides. Prepare all the parathas in the similar way.
