- Get 250 gms all purpose flour
- Use 100 ml water
- Get to taste Salt
- Prepare Dry Masalas - chat masala, aamchur powder, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, coriander leaves and carrom seeds

- For dough: take flour, add oil, salt to taste, carrom seeds and oil. Add water slowly as needed and make a fine dough (not too hard).
