- Prepare 4-5 mashed potatoes
- Take 1 chopped onion

- Get As required Coriander for garnishing
- Get 2 pinches asafoetida
- Get as per taste Salt
- Get 1 cup Wheat flour

- Take 1/2 cumin seeds

- Firstly, boil potato and mashed it well. After that, chop vegetables like onion, cabbage and capsicum. And finely chopped garlic, ginger and green chilli paste.
- After that take a pan and add oil, mustard seed, asafoetida. Wait for 2 min. Add chopped onion, capsicum, cabbage in the same sequence in the interval of approx 2 to 3 mins. Put the flame in medium.
- After this, add mashed potato. Add turmeric, aamchur powder, garam masala,coriander powder, red chilli powder, sugar, salt as per test.and cook the mixture for 8-10 min.
- In the end add coriander and bread crumbs. Keep aside the mixture for 30 to 45 mins.
- Prepare wheat flour dough. Cover the dough with a plate for 15 mins.
