- Use 1 cup Atta (Wheat flour)

- For Dough- take parath add oil, ajawain, salt and mix well. Slowly add water and make semi soft dough. Cover with cloth and keep aside for 15 mins.
- For stuffing- wash cauliflower properly and keep for 15 mins so that extra water gets drained out. Now grate cauliflower.
- Now add all masalas into it.
- Mix well.
- Make small portions of dough. Take one piece and roll about 6 inch. Keep the stuffing in between and seal it.
- Roll it slowly making sure that stuffing doesn't come out.
- Keep tawa on flame and put this paratha and let it cook. Flip the other side and cook.
- Add ghee or oil of your choice and cook it is golden brown.
