The ingredients needed to prepare Peanut and Almond Butter:
- You need 250gm Roasted peanuts-
- Prepare 200gm Roasted almonds
- Provide 1tbsp Cinnamon powder-
- Provide 1tbsp Honey-
- Use 3tbsp Jaggery-
- Prepare pinch Salt
- You need 3tbsp Oil &cow ghee-
- Prepare -2tbsp Sweet chocolate coco powder
Instructions to make Peanut and Almond Butter:
- Take all ingredients. Dry roast peanuts & almond on medium flame until it becomes golden brown. let it cool. Take one small thick cloth, put roasted peanuts and rub peanuts to remove skin. Take a oil strainer & remove peel.
- Take a grinding jar, add roasted almonds and grind it. Now add peanuts, grind almonds & peanuts until it turn into a fine powder. scrape the sides & bottom every few minutes to keep everything blending evenly.
- Add honey, oil, cow ghee, salt and mix well in a grinder, Then add cinnamon powder, jaggery and blend again.
- Grind & make smooth paste. This is the right consistency. Now creamy butter ready. In a bowl take a part of creamy butter to make chocolate cocoa butter.
- For chocolate cocoa butter add almond and peanut butter paste in grinder, Add sweet chocolate cocoa powder blend until right consistency. Now chocolate cocoa butter is also ready.
- Store this delicious peanut almond butter and chocolate cocoa butter in two different glass jar and Put it in fridge. Enjoy it with bread, roti.
