- Provide 1 bowl wheat flour
- Take To taste salt

- Take 2 tb sp chopped coriander leaves

- Prepare 1/4 tsp red chilli powder
- Take 1/4 tsp turmeric powder
- Use 1/4 tsp garam masala
- Take 1/4 tsp coriander seeds powder
- Take 1/4 tsp chaat masala

- Take Cooking Oil for deep frying

Instructions to make Punjabi Potato Paratha:
- Add wheat flour in a mixing bowl and add salt and knead a soft dough by adding water slowly. Rest for 10 minutes.
- Peel, Wash and chop onions, green chilli, coriander leaves, ginger mash 2 Boiled potatoes.
- Add salt, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, garam masala, coriander seeds powder, and chaat masala and mix well.
- Take a portion of dough and make a ball. Roll it. Keep filling in the centre and seal it. Roll again with rolling pin.
- Heat a griddle and place the paratha on it and roast on medium flame for 2 minutes. Flip the side and roast for 1 minute. Now apply ghee all over and flip.
- Apply ghee on other side also and roast till golden brown. Like wise make all the parathas.
- Serve hot with butter.
