- In a bowl add all the ingredients of dough and mix well.knead it properly with required water dough should bhi little hard.keep aside.
- Now cut drumsticks in small pieces and boil them till done.drain and keep aside
- In a bowl take gram flour add all ingredients and make a thick paste.
- Now make filling Peelthe drumsticks and churn it in grinder
- Now heat oil in a pan add cumin seeds ginger garlic paste saute it.
- Now add chopped onions and saute till light brown.
- Now add grinded drumsticks and saute till it turn thick,add chopped drumsticks leaves,mashed potatoes and all spices mix well and cook for 5mins
- Make paratha roll a chapati of dough now spread filling all over chapati evenly.
- In non-stick pan put that paratha and cover the filling with gram flour paste cover it with lid and cook it on low flame.
