  1. Prepare 1 cup wheat flour
  2. Use 2 tbsp besan/gram flour
  3. Take 1/4 tsp ajwain/carom seeds

  1. Take avocado, chop it in a chopper. It should be coarse. With onion, green chili, ginger and onion. Add lemon juice.
  2. Take wheat flour add besan and all other spices, sugar. Add some oil to it. Add avocado mixture to it.
  3. Add chopped coriander leaves and knead the dough keep it aside for 5-10 minutes.
  4. Take a ball size dough, roll it into paratha. Heat a tawa and cook it. Once done from one side flip it to other side. Apply ghee and cook. Your avocado paratha is ready. Serve it with any potato sabji. Or simply with pickle, or raita.
