The ingredients needed to prepare Egg paratha:
- Take For dough :
- Prepare 1 cup whole wheat flour
- Take As per taste Salt
- Get As required Water (warm)
- Take For filling :
- Prepare 2 eggs
- Get 1 onion (chopped)

- Use 1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
- Provide 4-5 curry leaves

Instructions to make Egg paratha:
- In a mixing bowl add flour and salt rub everything well and mix with it evenly with warm water and knead the mixture into a smooth dough knead well.
- Divide the dough into 6parts and make a balls out of it. Roll out the one dough ball by dusting it with dry flour and make paratha.
- To make egg filling : Break the egg add chopped onion, curry leaves, chilli powder, turamaric powder,coriander leaves and salt mix well and keep aside.
- Place the rolled paratha on a hot tawa and let it cook for 1-2mins on medium flame on both sides. Once it starts to puff up keep low flame the heat. Make slit in the side where paratha is joined from the seams.
- Fill the paratha pour 1/4th egg mixture into paratha pocket and allow to cook on slow flame for the egg mixture to cook completely from inside.
- Apply butter and then flip it over and cook till golden brown and crisp from both sides.
