- Take .1 cup aata
- Prepare 5-6 boiled mashed potatoes
- Provide to taste Salt
- You need 2 Chopped green chilli

- Prepare as required Ghee for frying
Instructions to make Swaang atta Aloo Paratha with pumpkin sabzi and aloo raita:
- Pumpkin sabzi……Take a vok. Add ghee then add cumin seeds and curry leaves
- Let them spultter. Then add tomato puree mix well then add ginger paste cook it for 2 mnts
- Then add salt and red chilli powder and cook the gravy till it reduce oil.
- Then add cut pumpkin, mix well add water as required.
- Cover the vok and cook the pumpkin on medium flame.
- After some time add sugar and dry mango powder mix it properly and cook for another 5 mnts
- Garnish with green coriander leaves
- For aloo raita…. take a bowl. Add whisk curd
- Add cubbed boiled potatoes. Add salt and black pepper to taste
- Garnish with green coriander leaves
- For pranta…..take a big plate add aatta and boiled mashed potatoes.
- Then add spanich leaves, coriander leaves, salt, chopped green chilli, some carom seeds
- Mix properly and knead it in smooth dough by adding a little bit of water.
- Then a small ball from dough and roll it in shape of Parantha with roller pin. You can also roll Parantha with your hands on a plastic sheet.
- Heat up a tawa. Placed Parantha on it cook it properly from both sides by applying ghee on it
- The fasting meal is ready. Enjoying it.
