  2. Divide chapati dough in 4 equal parts, take 1 part roll thick apply oil and keep a ball of potato mixture in between.
  3. Now close the chapati dough from all side and make a ball, dust some flour and roll the paratha gently, keeping it slightly thick then chapati.
  4. On a hot tawa, put paratha and roast on both the sides, apply ghee.
