- Provide 1/2 cup sprouted moong
- Take 2 green chillies
- Provide 1 small piece of ginger
- Take 1 cup wheat flour or aata
- You need 2-3 teaspoon oil

- Grind sprouted moong coarsely along with green chillies and ginger. (If you like garlic add it too)
- In a mixing bowl take wheat flour. Add salt, ajwain, cumin seeds, oil, red chili powder, amchur powder and chopped coriander leaves. Add ground sprouted moong mixture. Combine all ingredients well and knead soft dough. Add required water for kneading.
- Make balls from it. Take a ball, coat with flour and roll out roti. Apply ghee all over its surface. Sprinkle some flour and fold into triangle. Press sides and roll out again by dusting flour into triangle shape paratha.
