- Get 4-5 boiled potatoes
- You need 1 cup wheat flour
- Take 2 chopped green chilli
- You need as needed curry leaves
- Prepare 1 tsp turmeric powder

- You need 1 tsp red chilli powder
- Provide 1 tsp ginger garlic paste

- First boil potatoes and mashed it.
- Take one pan put 2 tbsp oil. When oil heat put some cumin seed, green chilli, turmic powder, red chilli powder, ginger garlic paste, amchur powder and salt saute it for 1 minute then mix mashed potatoes properly and saute it some time then off the gas flame. sprinkles some chopped coriander leaves.
- Knead the flour to get soft dough. Take small portion of dough and fill the stuffing of potatoes and roll it.
- Take one tawa on the gas and put paratha on it cook the paratha to golden brown both the side adding oil /ghee.
- Finally serve hot aloo paratha with curd, butter, pickle or ketchup.
