- Heat a tawa. Take a small portion of the dough. Using some dry floor Roll it out a little. spread some melted ghee and fold it like a parcel. roll out again using dry floor.
- Cook the parathas on a hot tawa using ghee till brown spots appear and the paratha is completely cooked on both sides
