- Wash and rinse well fresh green spring onions,green chilly, ginger. Chop green spring onions it to small sized and keep aside.Chop green chilies.Grate ginger and keep aside.
- Take a big bowl add wheat flour, spring onion,green chilly, ginger,salt,red chilly powder, coriander powder, garam masala powder, fresh coriander leaves, sesame seeds,oil,curd
- Mix it all nicely.
- Now gradually add water as required and start kneading the dough.
- Once dough is kneaded,let it rest for 8 to 10 minutes.
- Take a tawa,heat well,take some portion of dough and roll it in a chapati round shape,but keep it little thick.
- Place it on hot tawa.Roast both side applying ghee/oil as required till cooked well and golden brown in colour.
- Similarly make rest of the paratha.
- Serve hot with achar,butter, curd, sabzi etc As per choice.
