- You need 200 gms whole wheat flour
- Provide 1 cup peanuts
- Provide 1 pod garlic
- Provide 2 whole red chillies
- Prepare 1 tsp coriander seeds
- Take 1 tsp white til
- You need 2 tsp each of salt, ajwain, red chilli powder
- Get 1/2 cup methi leaves
- Prepare 1/2 cup coriander leaves
- You need 4 tsp oil
- You need 1 tsp urad dal
- Use 1 tsp jeera
Instructions to make Peanut Paratha:
- Dry roast or bake peanuts
- In a non stick pan dry roast peanuts, whole red chillies, til, coriander seeds, urad dal and jeera. Cool and grind to a coarse powder.
- Make a medium soft dough with Whole wheat flour, salt, red chilli powder and ajwain
- Heat a tava, roll out a chapati, spread 1/2 tsp oil on it, followed by fine chopped garlic, followed by peanut chutney, followed by chopped methi and coriander leaves
- Fold the paratha and roll out into round patatha
- Put the Paratha on a hot tava and cook on both the sides. Sprinkle little oil on the sides.
- Serve hot with peanut chutney
