- In a bowl mix flour, salt, oil and knead a soft dough using milk and water mixture. Cover and set aside to rest.
- Prepare chutney by grinding all ingredients together.
- Finely chop the onions and green chilies.
- In a small bowl mix together onion, chillies and coriander.
- Add salt and spices and mix well. Do this just before preparing parathas or else the mixture leaves out water and becomes difficult to handle.
