- Take 1 avocado ripe
- Use 1 tbsp lemon juice
- Take 1 green chilli small (finely chopped)
- Use 2 tbsps cilantro chopped

- Take 1 tsp oil
- Prepare to taste salt
- Get 1 cup wheat flour
Instructions to make Avocado Paratha:
- Take a pan and add the pulp of ripe avocado
- Add lemon juice, salt, ginger paste, garlic paste,green chilli, cilantro, oil and mix it well
- If avocado is a bit hard use masher to mash the mixture
- Add wheat flour in small amount at a time and knead the dough
- Add flour until dough stops sticking to the pan inner surface area
- Dough will look as shown in the image
- Keep it aside for 15 minutes
- Divide the dough in 8 equal pieces
- Take one piece, dust it with wheat flour and roll it to 6 in diameter circle,call it paratha
- Heat the skillet on medium heat, roast it until small bubbles are seen on the top then flip it over
- Roast it until the bottom side is evenly cooked
- Flip it over and add some oil on the border of the circle
- Roast it for about 45 seconds and paratha is ready
- Repeat step 9 to 13 for each piece of the dough
- Serve it hot with pickle or curd
- Note: Lemon juice will help to keep the avocado color intact
