- Add fried potatoes and cauliflower. Mix it well
- Add water and cover the pan and cook the vegetables are almost done
- Place the fish pieces carefully and cover and cook it for another 3 - 4 min.
- Add garam masala powder, cover and cook until all vegetables are completely done
- Finally sprinkle coriander leaves and serve hot with rice.
