  1. Heat oil into a kadhai, now crackle cumin seeds, pepper seed, cloves, cardamom, coriander seeds cinnamon, bay leaf.
  2. Further saute garlic cloves, Onion and tomato and cashew nuts.
  3. Now add half Cup of water and cover with lid until tomato become soft.
  4. Further keep cool down it. After blender it until become a smooth Puree.
  5. And sieve this Puree by strainer.
  6. Heat same kadhai and add prepared Puree and add tomato puree, salt, kashmiri lal mirch, pich of turmeric powder, kasuri methi and mix well.
  7. Now add a cup of milk and boil gravy for 10 minutes upon low flame.
  8. Further sugar, fresh cream mix well and add paneer cubes also. cover and simmer for 5 minutes or until flavours are absorbed well.
  9. Garnish from fresh cream and kasuri methi.
  10. Finally ready shahi paneer with naan, roti or paratha.
