- Prepare 1/2 cup urad dal

- Soak Rice and urad dal for 6 to 8 hrs and then grind it separately.soak poha for 10 minutes and then grind and mix it with rice and urad dal batter,add salt and leave this batter for 8 to 10 hrs for the fermentation.
- Blanch spinach and grind coarsely.Make paneer soft with palm.Mix spinach +soft paneer +lemon juice + pepper powder + chat masala +chilli ginger and salt.Stuffing for dhokla is ready.
- Now boil water in steamer.Stir dhokla batter properly to make it light and fluffy.Grease one steel or aluminum dish,pour batter..it should not be very thick orelse you won't be able to roll it.Staem it for 5 minutes. Let it cool.
- Cut in long strips. Apply stuffing and roll it.Temper it with mustard seeds, hing, curry leaves and sesame seeds.Garnish it with chopped coriander and grated coconut
