- Use 1 cup Palak for purée
- You need 1/4 cup Yoghurt
- Take 2 cups wheat flour
- You need 200 gms grated paneer
- Provide 1 medium size onion chopped fine
- Take 1/2 tsp red chilli powder
- You need 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
- Use 1/2 tsp cumin seeds
- Get 1 medium sized tomato chopped finely
- Take as required Oil to fry
- Provide as required Ghee to make Parathas
- You need as per taste Salt
- Prepare As required Onion slices and coriander to garnish
Instructions to make Palak Paneer Roll:
- Make Palak purée.
- In a bowl add wheat flour, yogurt, salt and mix. Add purée to make the dough, cover and set aside.
- In a bowl add grated paneer. In a pan heat oil, add cumin seeds. When it splutters, add sliced onion, sliced tomatoes and sauté for 2-3 mins. Add grated paneer.
- Add turmeric powder, red chilli powder, salt and cook well. Set aside
- From the dough make balls. Roll out Parathas and roast in hot tawa. Add ghee to make the Parathas.
- Add the cooked paneer on one side and roll. Add sliced onions, coriander leaves and tie with ribbons. Palak Paneer Rolls are ready
