- Take 1 tablespoons curd

Instructions to make Palak paneer:
- Boil palak and drain all water and take a mixer grinder put there, add chopped onions, tomatoes, laung, Black pepper powder, garlic all together and just grind it to a smooth paste.
- Now turn on the gas flame. Place a kadhai. Pour there Butter, refined oil. So that butter will not burn then add cumin seeds, hing, red whole Chillies and saute it. Now add all Prepared paste.
- Cook it add red chilli powder, salt and cook it till all it's raw smell goes. Now add Maggi masala E magic to it.
- Now add all chopped panner. Shape as you required. Cook it in low flame for 10 mins, also add water to it.
