  1. Boil kaju in a container and grind in to a smooth paste.

  3. Heat butter & oil in a kadai add the ginger garlic & onion paste and stir well till the raw smell goes away.
  4. Add turmeric powder,chilli powder and salt and stir well
  5. Once the masala is cooked add kasuri methi and kaju paste to it
  6. Then stir well and add some water to the mixture and bring to boil.
  7. Add the cubed paneer to the boiling mixture and also add some butter and switch off the gas.
  8. This shahi paneer can be served with paratha or jeera rice
