  1. You need 1 bay leaf
  2. Prepare 2 Onion,
  3. Get 2 tomato,ginger
  4. You need as needed Fenugreek,dry leaves,
  5. Take 1/2 tsp garam masala
  6. Get As needed Salt, turmeric,red chilli
  7. Take 2tsp Oil
  8. You need as required Cashew nuts or peanut (1tspn)
  9. You need 2 cloves Butter, cream fresh,milk, paneer,laung
Steps to make Paneer Butter Masala:
  1. Firstly,in a kadai heat 1tsp butter
  2. Add bay leaves and garam masala
  3. Blend to smooth paste of tomato,ginger and onion
  4. Keeping the flame on low add 1/4 turmeric,1 chilli powder 1/4 cumin powder.saute until the spices turn aromatic without burning
  5. Further add 1 cup water,1/2 tspn sugar and 1 tsp salt.mix well adjusting consistency as reguired
  6. Add 2 tbsp cream and mix well.
  7. Now add cubes of paneer and mix well.firstly wash paneer and fry in pan with butter
  8. Cover it and leave 10 minutes.add 2 tbsp methi and 1/2 garam masala.mix well. Finally Enjoy paneer butter masala with roti,naan or paratha
