  3. Use 2 tbsp butter

  6. Provide 1 1/2 tbsp garlic paste

  1. Heat 1 tbsp of oil in a pan. You can use any oil except mustard oil. Add in 2 tbsp of butter.
  2. Once the butter melts, add in the chopped onions and saute until translucent. Add in the green chillies.
  3. Add in the garlic paste and ginger paste. Mix well and saute for a minute.
  4. Add in the pureed tomatoes and the tomato puree and saute until the tomatoes are cooked.
  5. Add in the dry masalas - salt, red chilli powder, jeera powder and dhania powder. Mix well and cook for a minute or two until you can see oil appearing on the sides.
  6. Add in the cream and mix well.
  7. Add the paneer cubes and mix until they are well coated. Add in the kasoori methi and the garam masala.
  8. Cover it with a lid and simmer for a few minutes.
