  1. Take a wok, add butter and desi ghee.
  2. Crackle jeera. Then add onion. Cook till color changes.
  3. When onion is done then add capsicum, tomato and spices and sugar. Add little water. Cover it with lid. Cook for few minutes.
  4. When capsicum is done then add paneer ketchup and chilli sauce.cook for 2-3 mins. Stuffing is ready.
