- Prepare 2 small onion sliced

Instructions to make Butter kulcha paneer:
- Take a wok, add butter and desi ghee.
- Crackle jeera. Then add onion. Cook till color changes.
- When onion is done then add capsicum, tomato and spices and sugar. Add little water. Cover it with lid. Cook for few minutes.
- When capsicum is done then add paneer ketchup and chilli sauce.cook for 2-3 mins. Stuffing is ready.
