The ingredients needed to prepare Paneer Butter Masala:
- Prepare Oil
- Provide 2-3 tbsp butter
- Prepare 1 bay leaf
- Take 4-5 tomatoes chopped
- Get 1 onion chopped

- You need 1 cardamom

Instructions to make Paneer Butter Masala:
- Add oil and butter and cook all ingredients together (except cream and another butter)
- Grind it in mixie jar. Make a fine paste. Sieve it
- Soak the paneer in salted water
- Keep the gravy ready.
- Take a pan. Add oil. Once oil is hot add asfoitida turmeric and red chilli powder.
- Add butter and mix it well. Cook it on low flame
- Add Kasoori methi and salt
- Add cream and paneer. Cook it on low flame.
