  1. In a kadai, add 2 tsp butter. Once it melts, add cumin seeds, onions, bay leaf, cinnamon, cloves, cardamom, peppercorns and salt. Keep in medium flame and saute till onions becomes golden brown colour.
  2. Add tomatoes, ginger garlic paste, turmeric powder, red chilli powder and coriander powder. Saute till tomatoes becomes mushy.
  3. Cool it completely. Grind to a smooth paste.
  4. In a hot water add the paneer cubes and leave it for 5 mins.
  5. In the same kadai, add 2 tsp butter. Once the butter melts, add the ground masala, paneer, garam masala, kasuri methi, sugar and salt. Cover and cook for 5 mins.
  6. Atlast add cream and mix well. Transfer to a bowl. Now it's ready to serve.
