- Provide 250 gms paneer
- Take Half cup Cashew nuts
- Use 3 medium onions
- Provide 2 tbsp Butter
- Get 2 large Tomatoes
- You need 2 dry red chillies

- Take 1 tbsp Cream or Malayi
- Get 1.5 tbsp red chilli powder
- Provide 1 tbsp garam masala

Steps to make Paneer Butter Masala:
- Take a pan, put some oil in it.
- Add red dry chilli in it.
- Add chopped onion into it and saute it for 3 to 5 minutes.
- Add cashew nuts and chopped tomatoes into it.
- Saute all the ingredients till the tomatoes becomes mushy.
- Switch off the flame and Let it cool down for 3 minutes.
- Pour the mixture into the mixture pot and grind it properly.make it a thick paste.
- Take another pan and heat a butter or ghee into it.
- Put red chilli powder into it and saute it untill it becomes dark colour.
- Add all the mixture into the pan and saute it for 5 minutes on low flame.
- Add one cup milk, one cup cream into it and cook it for 3 minutes.
- Add some water according to your need and make it thick and heavy.
- Add garam masala and kasori methi in the gravy.
- After 5 minutes add diced paneer into it.let it boil for 5 to 10 minutes.
- Garnish it with Chopped Coriander. It is ready to serve. Serve it with any Indian bread.
